Lost-lead calculator
What are after-hours requests costing you?
When a request lands at 9pm and no one replies until morning, some of those prospects have already booked someone else. Put in your own numbers and see the yearly total — it's arithmetic, not a sales pitch.
New conversations across every channel — email, Telegram, chat.
Evenings, weekends, holidays — whenever no one is actively watching.
What a won client is worth to you, on average.
Assumptions — adjust to your reality
How many go elsewhere before you respond.
Of answered leads, how many become deals.
≈ 728 after-hours requests a year, of which 218 go cold — at a 20% close rate and €2,000 average deal.
This is your own arithmetic, not a claim about your business. Change any input to see it move.
How this is calculated
The estimate multiplies four things you control: how many requests arrive each week, the share that land after hours, how many of those go cold before you reply, and the value of a deal at your close rate. In full:
requests/week × 52 × after-hours% × lost% × close% × deal value
Every figure is yours to set — the two "assumptions" sliders exist precisely so the number is your arithmetic and not our claim. There are no measured benchmarks baked in and nothing is stored.
The fix is not working nights. It is giving after-hours requests an owner, a status, and an instant acknowledgement so nobody waits until morning to hear back. That is what Odly does — or book a demo and we'll walk your numbers through it. Pricing is flat and public.
